Tims Ford Powersports in Winchester is growing and we’re looking for an experienced dealership salesperson to join our team.
This isn’t a job for someone who just wants to “sell units.” We’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, earn trust, and create customers for life.
If you’ve sold in a dealership before (marine, powersports, automotive, RV, etc.) and you’re a team player who takes pride in helping customers create memories on the water or on the trail, we’d like to talk. 

What we’re looking for:
• Prior dealership sales experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-first mindset
• Ability to work Saturdays
