Experienced Sales Professional

Tims Ford Powersports – Winchester, TN

Tims Ford Powersports is seeking an experienced, professional sales representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands that great dealerships are built on long-term relationships, not one-time transactions.

Our ideal candidate has prior dealership sales experience, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in helping customers create memories on the water or trail.

Position Overview

The Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process for boats, personal watercraft, and powersports vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with the entire dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers through consultative selling and excellent follow-up
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the dealership’s product lines and available options
  • Work closely with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up using dealership CRM tools
  • Participate in dealership events, demos, and customer outreach initiatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership sales experience required (marine, powersports, automotive, RV, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
